The Artist Eats An intersection of art, food, and culture.

Arianna has written a poem that I really dig. It really epitomizes the typical young artist. I'm trying to mix up the content a bit, you know, a little more art and music to balance all of the food. That being said, here is the poem:

On the street

passing men on their lunch break

I overhear their chatter

of quotas and uploads and downturns

Such insignificant things to my ears

I, who am on my way to caffeination

and living a Hemingway-an life

caught in a limbo world

between coffee shops and wine bars

A struggling artist with all the struggle

and not much art

Existing on a plane of espresso-induced epiphanies and euphorias

And I wonder:

who is right?

which of us is living the better life?
